Block Earner Waitlist IKEA Voucher Campaign Terms & Conditions
This promotion ("Promotion") is conducted by Web3 Ventures Pty Ltd trading as Block Earner (ACN 655 090 869) ("Block Earner"). Credit is provided by Web3 Loans Pty Ltd (ACN 668 516 952) and managed by Block Earner under Australian Credit License 542689.
The first 500 eligible customers who:
- Join the waitlist for Block Earner's Home Deposit Booster loan product before its official launch ("Waitlist Members"); and
- Successfully apply for and receive loan approval under Block Earner’s lending criteria once the product goes live ("Eligible Borrowers"); will receive a $1,000 IKEA voucher ("Voucher").
To be eligible for the Voucher, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident;
- Register for the loan waitlist prior to the product launch date;
- Successfully apply and be approved for a loan product offered by Block Earner as one of the first 500 waitlist members approved;
- Meet Block Earner’s standard lending criteria;
- Comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the loan agreement.
The following individuals are NOT eligible for the Promotion:
- Applicants who receive loan approval but were not on the waitlist before the product launch;
- Individuals who cancel their loan application before disbursement;
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Block Earner and its affiliates;
- Any applicant deemed ineligible under responsible lending guidelines.
Web3 Ventures Pty Ltd (trading as Block Earner) has no affiliation with IKEA. IKEA is not a sponsor of this Promotion and bears no responsibility for its execution or fulfilment.
- The Vouchers will be purchased by Block Earner directly from IKEA.
- Block Earner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Vouchers.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Voucher will be issued to the first 500 Eligible and Approved Borrowers within 60 days after their loan has been fully disbursed and remains in good standing for at least 30 days post-disbursement.
- This Promotion is contingent on Block Earner launching the loan product. The launch is subject to legal approvals and other regulatory or commercial considerations. If the product is not launched, this Promotion will not proceed, and no Vouchers will be issued.
- Block Earner reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
- Any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity in connection with this Promotion will result in disqualification at Block Earner’s sole discretion.
- The decision of Block Earner regarding any aspect of this Promotion is final and binding.
- This Promotion does not constitute financial or credit advice. Applicants should consider independent financial advice before applying for a loan.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
