About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to join a small but rapidly growing team. We have a passion for impact and designing solutions that truly add value. The ideal person will be someone who has an artistic vision, can wear multiple hats across the design process, and with great attention to detail to create experiences that reflect our incredibly high quality bar.

What we are looking for:

• Candidate with at least 3 years of product design experience
• A portfolio that shows a knack for finding elegance in complex consumer products
• Passion for being the voice of the user in product design
• A challenge accepting attitude that meets problems head on with out-of-the-box ideas
• Confidence across the gamut of design tasks, from rapid prototyping to polishing
• A strategic approach to creating and expanding a consistent and powerful design system
• An attitude to jump-in and solve a problem when you see one
• A keen eye for detail, looking for things most others would miss
• Energy and motivation to work in a highly evolving startup environment.
• Prior mobile design experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities :

• Create excellent designs for our users to engage with our products
• Prototype solutions to abstract and technical problems
• Collaborate with the product team to craft the best experience possible
• Analyse user journeys and design smooth interactions
• Be an advocate for quality and creativity
• Collaborate with design agencies to assist with scaling the design team output
