BLOCK EARNER – FINTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 Introduction

  1. These terms and conditions (Terms) are entered into between WEB3 Ventures Pty Ltd (trading as Block Earner) (ACN 655 090 869) (we, us or our) and you (being the original recipient of the offer to which these Terms are referred or attached).

  2. These Terms apply to users who sign up to the Block Earner platform through a Finty Affiliate link and meet the eligibility criteria outlined below (the “Offer”). This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless expressly indicated.
  3. By clicking on the Block Earner listing on the Finty website (https://finty.com/au/crypto/exchanges/) and creating a Block Earner account, you agree to accept these Terms.
  4. Upon successfully creating a Block Earner account in accordance with section 2 (a), you will be eligible for 30 days of fee-free trading.

2 Eligibility Criteria

  1. As part of the Offer, you are eligible for 30 days of fee-free trading if you:

    1. create an account by clicking on the Block Earner listing on the Finty website (https://finty.com/au/crypto/exchanges/);
    2. complete identity verification (KYC);
    3. transfer AUD into your Block Earner account;
    4. Use the Block Earner Crypto Buy/Sell feature to buy/sell cryptocurrencies.
  2. We reserve the right to exclude any person who has previously registered for the same offer.

3 Offer

  1. This Offer begins on March 1st, 2023, and is only available to you if the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 2 are satisfied.
  2. We reserve the right to withdraw the Offer at any time.
  3. You will not be eligible for other sign-up promotions.

4 General

  1. For privacy reasons, we will not tell you which Referral met the applicable Eligibility Criteria.
  2. We collect personal information from you in order to make available the Offer and may, for this purpose, collect, use and disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and as required, to regulatory authorities. Please see our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) for more information about how we collect, store, use and disclose personal information, including details about overseas disclosure, access, correction, how you can make a privacy-related complaint and our complaint-handling process. By providing personal information to us, you agree to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of that information as described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.
  3. Failure to use the Referral Link according to these Terms or not in line with the intent of the Offer, including but not limited to, publishing, advertising or selling the Referral Link or any conduct on your part which is designed to undermine the intended operation of the Offer, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
  4. A Referral will not be accepted if the Referral Link is incomplete, invalid or does not otherwise match our records.
  5. If we become aware, or have reason to suspect, that you are fraudulently misusing the Referral Link and/or have breached these Terms, you will become ineligible to receive any Referral Bonus, and, where we have already provided you with a Referral Bonus, you agree to refund us any amount already paid to you by us.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not refer yourself to also be the Referral (e.g. by using separate email addresses to create multiple registrations on the waitlist).
  7. We reserve the right to validate the eligibility of any Referral, and may, at our sole discretion, determine any Referral to be ineligible.
  8. This Offer is available for a limited time only and is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly indicated. We reserve the right to extend, withdraw or amend this Offer (including with respect of the amount of the Referral Bonus) at any time at our sole discretion. If this Offer is withdrawn or amended, we will honour the Offer in respect of any Referrals that were made prior to the Offer being withdrawn or amended, provided that the Eligibility Criteria is satisfied. Unredeemed Referral Links cannot be used after this Offer is withdrawn.
  9. Any decision made by us in relation to the Offer is final in all matters.
  10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability for any website failure, Referral Link errors, any malfunction of computers, servers or providers, communications and facilities, any tax liability incurred by you in connection with any Referral Bonus and any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) caused in any way by participating in this Offer or in connection with any Referral Link.
  11. A reference in these Terms to ‘$’ or ‘dollars’ refers to the currency of Australia from time to time. A reference to time in these Terms is to local time in New South Wales.
