Product Dispatch: Multi-Account Switching & Balance Reports
Welcome to the first Block Earner Product Dispatch - an update on the features, infrastructure upgrades, and product improvements we’ve shipped across the platform.
This quarter, we’ve focused on giving you greater control over your account - from flexible capital management to a seamless way to toggle between your personal, business, and SMSF profiles. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve shipped.
Redraws & Extra Repayments
Fixed Term Loans have been upgraded to support more flexible capital management:

Extra Repayments: You can now make ad hoc principal repayments at any time to reduce your interest costs.

Redraw: If you’re ahead on repayments, you can redraw available funds directly to your bank account in the app.*
- Redraws are subject to approval.
Balance Reports
You can now generate Balance Summary Reports directly in the web app. These PDF reports provide a historical snapshot of your Cash, Crypto, and DeFi holdings for a selected date. Whether it’s for personal record-keeping or sharing with your accountant ahead of tax season, the data you need is just a click away.

Quick tip Getting ready for tax season? Head to the Reports section in the web app to download your Balance Summary now so you’re ready when the deadline hits.
Seamless Multi-Account Switching
If you manage multiple Block Earner profiles (Personal, Business, or SMSF), you can now store and switch between up to five accounts on a single device without logging out.
New Profile avatars in the header help you keep track of which profile you’re currently using.
Long-press on your Profile Avatar or go to settings to add another account.
Double-tap on your Profile Avatar to switch between accounts.
Crypto Withdrawals for SMSF Accounts
SMSF users can now request to enable crypto withdrawals for their accounts. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure your fund remains compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Requirements for Approval:

Asset Separation: You must keep fund investments strictly separate from personal or business affairs.

Audit Readiness: You are responsible for providing auditors with a full history of all transactions, both within Block Earner and externally.

Verification: You must confirm you understand the risks and demonstrate that destination wallets are under the fund's direct control.
