What is Nomina (NOM)?

The History of Nomina

The project originally launched as Omni Network, a cross-chain interoperability protocol focused on Ethereum rollups. In early 2026 the project rebranded to Nomina, with the OMNI token migrated to NOM and the protocol's focus shifting to a unified trading terminal for perpetual decentralised exchanges. The full migration to Ethereum was completed in February 2026, and the team's resources are now concentrated on expanding the trading terminal.

The Use Case of Nomina

The primary use case for NOM is to govern the Nomina platform and access its advanced trading tools. The platform aggregates liquidity and execution across multiple perpetual DEXs, allowing users to run delta-neutral strategies, funding rate arbitrage, and synchronised trades from a single interface.
